PLANdemic

A Planned Global Takeover It's been a year since this plandemic was officially declared in March 2020. Sadly, the agenda is being executed as planned. The majority of people are hypnotized by the spell of a manipulative, world-wide governmental collaboration under orders by the United Nations and World Health Organization. To their credit, the oligarchs, bankers and elite have had decades to devise the most effective, psychological form of torture through fear ever designed using modern technology for maximum impact. Like Taking Candy from a Baby Populations who have grown up in democratic countries previously untouched by oppressive forms of governmental regimes like communism, socialism, bolshevism etc. were oblivious sitting ducks when draconian measures were immediately imposed upon society "for their protection." Canadians, Americans, Australians, [...]

Functional Medicine: Looking for Root Causes

What is "Functional Medicine"? It's the most comprehensive type of health care! Why? Because the doctors who practice Functional Medicine treat each person as an individual. Forget about "one size fits all"! Whatever your condition, these Doctors will take the steps necessary to figure out the root cause of your problem. And once they find the cause(s), treatment will include dietary adjustments best suited for your genetic makeup. Since nutrition plays a big part in everyone's health, what can YOU do to help figure out your Ailment? Functional Medicine is a wonderful hybrid! Functional Medicine is Naturopathic medicine combined with the latest scientific research. But this is not a new concept; it was created by Jeffery Bland, M.D., in 1990. It is based on the theory that [...]

Eating

"Mindful Eating" What?!?  Instructions on how to eat??? YUP!  There are do's and dont's for proper food digestion.  Our ancestors didn't need instructions on how to eat as it was a natural behaviour that was not assaulted by modern day distractions caused by lack of time.  We need to relearn "mindful eating".  For many, ingesting food has become a rushed process of shoving whatever is edible down the pipe to refuel the body as a result of a growling stomach. BUT, to get the most out of your food (the most bang for your buck!), you need to follow a few pointers that should become part of your eating habit:  Consuming liquids with foods dilutes the digestive juices: best to drink 30 min before or [...]

Diet Types

Pros and Cons Here are descriptions of various diet types that exist to help you understand what kinds of foods are consumed by those who follow these particular diets. Blood-Type Diet: A very credible food regimen based on your specific blood-type.  Very well-researched theory that outlines how different foods are assimilated by the human digestive system based on the 4 different blood types.  Foods are categorized as being beneficial, neutral or to be avoided: http://www.4yourtype.com PROS: Everyone's body is different so something that works for one person may not for another.  This type of diet caters to individuals in a much more specific manner.  Once you know your blood type, you can really focus on eating the foods recommended for optimum health while avoiding those [...]

Fundraising

Help us raise money to find a cure for ....! Although all fundraisers are well-intentioned, it is pretty disconcerting to see all the effort being made to raise money to find "cures" rather than spending that time and effort raising awareness as to how we can avoid these diseases in the first place. In June 2016, I listened to a local radio program that spent an hour talking about Prostate Cancer and the upcoming "Ride for Dad" to raise money for more cancer research.  The guest speaker had just had surgery for Prostate Cancer and his Dad had just passed away from the same disease the year before.  Not once did I hear the words "Prevention" or "Nutrition" mentioned throughout this entire show. If you [...]

Smoking

If you haven't started smoking but you're thinking about it, SAVE YOURSELF A LIFETIME OF GRIEF AND DON'T DO IT! People start smoking for social reasons because they think it makes them look cool... it doesn't. Start by reading what it says on the packet of cigarettes. What smoking will do for you: You'll become addicted The odour is atrocious but your sense of smell will be numbed by the effects of the drug, however, people whose noses work fine will make an effort to stay away from you and the cigarette smoke Those people who don't avoid you will be harmed by the second hand smoke from your cigarette The cigarette smell invades everthing nearby including your clothes, your car, your house, your office [...]

Immunity Supplement with Vit.
