If you are having difficulty conceiving, here are some recommendations:


  • adopt a Meditarranean diet: fish, chicken, fruit, veggies, legumes & whole grains
  • increase Omega 3 consumption: 1/2 cup of raw walnuts per day for 12 weeks is effective due to the high content of  Omega 3 alpha-linolenic acid
  • avoid trans-fats
  • take CoQ10 daily for at least 3 months
  • take L-Carnatine: 1g 3 x day for a min. of 3 months
