Eczema

This a form of skin rash that manifests as a result of the following triggers:

  • Dietary: dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish and gluten
  • Industrial: solvents, fumes and soaps
  • Seasonal & Environmental: pollen, dust mites and certain plants

People with Celiac Disease are more prone to eczema

This can be caused by a deficiency in producing the fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) from Omega-6 sources

Helpful Remedies:

  • try topical creams containing the following herbs: Nettles (Urtica Dioica), Burdock (Arctium Lappa) and Chickweed (Stellaria Media)
  • oral supplements like Evening Primrose Oil is a source of GLA and an effective relief of Atopic Eczema after 4 to 8 weeks
  • Borage Oil is the best to alleviate eczema as it’s high in gamma-linolenic acid, promotes elasticity and has itch-reducing properties

Psoriasis

A contributing factor could be a lack of Zinc.

Roseacea

Triggers:
